My background is a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology
and a Graduate Certificate of Sexual Health.
Our goals are to create a culture of consent and communication,
with an emphasis on personal pleasure and improving individuals
mental and sexual wellness.
I am thrilled to be engaging in conversations around how best to support individuals and couples navigating their sexuality.
Psychoeducation offered to clients teaches problem-solving and communication skills and provides education and resources in an empathetic and supportive environment.
I was always aware I wasn’t as open or forgiving as a partner.
Made little steps on getting better, but never really all the way.
Then after a divorce and in those conversations I was told I was making progress and trying. It wasn’t enough.
So I vowed never to lose someone for the same reasons again.
I realized that it is okay to be alone.
I dove head first into books and meditation and there I found myself,
my true, open and aware self.
Lots of support and help from my bruh,
great friend, and now
my great love Ann.
We discovered, and continue to discover,
a better, happier, and more fulfilling life.
Not just sexually, but more importantly emotionally, mentally, spiritually.
Like everyone in these stay home times, we’re scared of the future and unknown. Together being open with each other. Truly open.
I feel easy, ready, willing to move forward. All from being more open and communicating with myself, my partner, the world.
Hope we can help anyone along their journey.
Just to find some comfort and ease. Within themselves and from that self love the tools to love another fully.
At With Consent, we strive to include as many people and perspectives as possible.
With an educational and experiential background, our intent is to help support everyone's personal sexual experiences they experience on their
lifelong sexual journey.
We know how a positive, open minded, and aware mentality can be used to live a happy and fulfilled life. Therefore, we will try and support people to achieve a healthy mindset. However that looks for them!
Currently working on a Sexual and Intimate Interview Workbook with our consulting sexual health educators to best support people on understanding their sexual interests and how to communicate sexual needs with a partner(s).
